What's the best advice your mom ever gave you?

My mom's best advice was that when I was sick to my stomach, to try to vomit.

That way you are getting rid of whatever is making you sick.What's the best advice your mom ever gave you?
'; People will always talk, you might as well get use to it';

lolWhat's the best advice your mom ever gave you?
Pick your battles and choose them wisely
One of many is watch how a man treats his mother and that will give you an idea of how he's going to treat you.
she once told me I had better behave or otherwise I'd be sitting on a pillow for a week
';Careful what you do, you know your own kids will get even %26amp;make it up to you!'; Lord knows thst has definately been true

You know the mother curse,I hope you have 3 just like you, thats exactly right! I had 3 just like me VERY SCARY=(

p.s. My kids have already gotten the mothers curse several times!=)
My mom always tells me, ';You can't make someone be your friend, they have to feel safe and confident with themselves before they are with you. Otherwise you'll end up losing friends.';
Do what you feel is best for yourself and your family, and don't worry about what other people say or think.
My mom always told me to stop eating when I was full. May not sound like the most profound advice, but I give her credit for it every day. So many of my friends grew up in the ';clean plate club'; and are now battling with being overweight and/or health issues related to overeating. I'm so happy my mom taught me to listen to my own body!
A motto in our family is that things always work out. No matter how bad things are, somehow, someway, they always work out and life goes on.
';Always be you, accept those who you respect and they respect you back and don't let anyone stand in the way of your aspirations and hopes.';
Dont envy anyone with their things because you dont know how they get it.
NOTHING TT
keep your pants zipped up!
Never trust a guy that says he's a gentleman, because if he really is one. he wouldn't need to say it.
';When you feel down, come to me.'; It's simple and true--it works.
