What is the best advice you have recieved?

What is teh best advice you have recieved from someone you looked up to when you were younger?What is the best advice you have recieved?
Tomorrow is desire, not a promise. Live today, not tomorrow.What is the best advice you have recieved?
the more you see/hear the less you know -paraphrased from the lyrics of a red hot chili peppers song.

it doesnt mean that hearing and seeing are bad, it just means that the vast majority of info out there is unverifiable and possibly false, therefore you believe more than you know.
My Grandma always said ';Lazy ones work twice';. It is so true is all aspects of life. I awlays tell my kids this when their being lazy and would rather try and trow trash then miss and have to get up and walk over their and throw it away again....Lazy ones work twice.!!!!!!!!!
My dad said to me ' do what makes you happy'. I know that it sounds corny and l know dad does not know how to turn on a computer or even what the internet is but, if you are out there dad, l love you with all my heart.
Everything turns out ok in the end, so if things aren't ok... just remember that it's not the end. It made a huge impression on me, i still use that thought to get me through the hard times.
';Look people in the eye when you talk to them';

And

';Do more than is expected of you. No one gets recognition for only doing what they're supposed to do.';
I dont know about the best advice from someone else, but I know that I should always follow my intuition. Its always right, unfortunately I had to learn that the hard way.
';Don't touch the motorcycle engine, it's still hot.';

(Unfortunately, I was a contrary child...)
'eat to live, do not live to eat'
';If it was meant to be, then it's meant to be.';

Oh and

';Energy flows where attention goes.';
Do onto others as has been done onto you.
treat others exactly how you want to be treated and nobody can love you completely if you don't love yourself
';If it's broke fix it,if you can't fix it,forget it!';

words to live by
RAMO
2-6-1 trifecta in the eighth race
Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
what goes around comes around and

whatever you do in the dark will eventually come to light
Don't put anything in writing.
Don't get married.

If you must get married, get a pre-nup.
There are 3 sides to any story. The two parties involved side and the truth.
Put God first then love yourself.
Even though they say they want romance during sex, if you don't hit it fast and hard... someone else will.
Always chase your dreams as one day they WILL come true!
always look out for #1 yourself
The most important thing I learned in grad school was: Never turn down a breath mint.
the best answer i have ever receive from some one is that i should have no trust to any body.
Keep your chin up!
you really value things after you lose them
rub dirt on it and walk it off
swing the fuckin bat
JESUS CHRIST...

not what..''WHO''
