Do not have record...gun pocession case=short version~ I was assaulted by the blood street gang and during the course of the assault a firearm fell from one of their persons and I picked it up in fear for my life then moments later I was arrested for pocession.Whats the best advice for someone taking the stand in there on defense at a criminal trial?
