I already got a suite at the MGM.Whats the best advice you can give to a college kid going to Vegas for his 21st birthday?
Know your limits and stick to them. This holds for drinking, gambling and spending. If you go over your limit on any one of them it will ruin your trip.Whats the best advice you can give to a college kid going to Vegas for his 21st birthday?
Realize that prostitution is illegal. The closest brodella is an hours drive in Pahrump. Those ladies you see are hookers and give you diseases.





Enjoy yourself. Drink responsibily. You don't have to get drunk to have fun.





Budget so much money for gambling a day. Don't go over. Charge room, food, shows, souveniors.





See a cirque show (there are 6) or Phantom of the Opera or Jersey Boys.





Take a corner at day, there are three major casnio corners. The Strip is FOUR miles long from Sahara Hotel (not one of those corners) to Mandalay Bay.





Have fun and remember what happens in Vegas really does not stay if you break the law or catch VD.
Play the penny machines a little. Play a little roulette. Go to a nightclub like Pure or another hot spot. Don't drink too much.





Be sure to tip the cocktail waitress at least a buck for your free drinks.





Tip the valets too, if you have a car to park.





Be very careful walking along the Strip as pedestrians get hit by cars often there.





See the free shows. The Sirens of TI. The Mirage volcano. The dancing fountain at the Bellagio. And go downtown to see the Fremont Street Experience. While there include in one or two of those great 99cent shrimp cocktails.

I live in las vegas and Carol W's advice is excellent. Including the part about being careful near streets- I was hit by a car once jogging.





Don't put your room key next to your credit card. The credit card's magnetic strip will deactivate the room key.
First of all, BE SAFE. Go out, go to nightclubs, dont gamble much away. The nightlife in vegas is pretty much the only exciting thing to do around here.

my advice:





what happens in vegas..stays in vegas.



Don't drink too early in the day or you won't make it until the fun at night.
Do whatever you like! Just dont get hitched. ha ha. That wouldnt be fun. xD
