Love them and always follow though with what you say with both discipline and rewards.

Learn to pick your battles but not let your kids stomp on u. Sometimes if aa kid ate all their supper and they really just did it because they wanted a donut an accomplishment has still been made and eventhough u know the point was for them to eat healthy and appreciate what some dont have, sometimes one little donut isnt a big deal in the grand scheme of things
Sleep when they sleep. Stay calm. Remind yourself that you love your children no matter what trouble they are causing. Make sure you get time for you, even if it's just a 45 minute hot bath with candles and your favorite music. Congrats and good luck.
Watch the TLC special about the family with 15 kids...that should make you feel better , lol. j/k My best advice would be to accept all the help that is offered to you , talk to your husband about how you feel , maybe he can help out more when he is home...and remember that ..what doesnt kill you , makes you stronger...in about 20 years when your kid's are graduating from college...you will feel like the luckiest woman on earth.
